Technical Features of the Commercial Glasswasher CHLB40T+PS+COMBI4

Made In Italy. The Chefook glasswasher guarantees maximum quality, durability, and reliability. Crafted from AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, it is highly resistant and built to last.

Drain Pump Installed. The drain pump removes dirty water from the tank and pushes it out through a drainage hose. It operates via a dedicated button for efficient water discharge.

Washing Cycle. The washing cycle lasts 120 seconds, with washing and rinsing temperatures set at 55 °C and 82 °C, respectively. The Interlock function ensures the rinse phase only begins once the preset temperature of 82 °C is reached, guaranteeing top hygiene.

Manual Controls. Featuring an intuitive analog control panel, this glasswasher offers simple programming. The display includes a warning system that alerts you to potential issues or malfunctions.

Included Dispensers. Equipped with an electronic detergent dispenser and a mechanical rinse aid dispenser, both can be adjusted to minimize product waste and optimize costs.

Round Basket. This front-loading glasswasher can accommodate glasses up to 29 cm in height. Its round basket (Ø 41 cm) enables efficient cleaning of large quantities of glasses and cups.

Included Accessories. The package includes 1 round basket (Ø 41 cm), 1 cutlery holder, 6 detergent tanks, and 2 rinse aid tanks.

Dimensions. Compact and space-saving, this glasswasher measures 47.5 cm in width, 52.7 cm in depth, and 71.9 cm in height, making it perfect for under-counter installation. The tank capacity is 14 liters, making it ideal for commercial kitchens with limited space.

Washing Arms. Made from durable ABS material, the washing and rinsing arms are removable for easy cleaning. This design prevents food residues from clogging the nozzles, ensuring consistent water pressure and excellent washing results.

Door. The door features a robust steel ball catch lock, a microswitch with a steel pin, and reinforced rails that ensure smooth basket movement during loading and unloading.

Installation. The inlet water temperature should range between 5 °C and 40 °C, with water pressure between 2 and 4 bar during installation.

Warranty

Includes a 1-year warranty on spare parts.

This glasswasher is perfect for bars, wine shops, pubs, gastropubs, or restaurants, and is especially suited for cleaning wine glasses or goblets up to 29 cm in height.
