This commercial range is ideal for restaurants, pizzerias, bakeries and caterings which require high-quality professional cooking. It has the following features:

  • Material: This professional 6-burner cooker is made of high-quality materials, such as AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel for the worktop and control panel. This professional gas cooker is ideal for restaurants, pizzerias, bakeries and other catering businesses that require a high-quality professional kitchen.
     
  • Cooktop: The cooktop of this professional cooker is easy to clean thanks to the stainless steel burners. It is equipped with scratch-resistant and corrosion-resistant cast iron grids.
     
  • Burners: The burners of this professional gas cooker for restaurants are double-crowned with a nickel-plated cast iron flame divider. It has 6 burners, each with 8.5 kW, and a protected pilot flame for faster and more efficient cooking.
     
  • Gas oven: To complete this professional cooker, a 6 kW GN 2/1 gas oven is installed, with an aluminum-lined chamber and a steel base. The thermostatic temperature control and the piezoelectric ignition of the burner (with self-stabilizing flame) guarantee maximum safety during use. The professional gas oven is equipped with three shelves and a double-walled door with a stainless steel inner door. The thermostatic temperature control is carried out by means of a safety valve and a thermocouple.
     
  • Chimney: The chimney is made of scratch-resistant and corrosion-resistant cast iron.
     
  • Dimensions: This professional gas cooker has the following dimensions: width 120 cm, depth 90 cm and height 90 cm. It is also equipped with 4 height-adjustable AISI 304 stainless steel feet to make this restaurant cooker highly versatile.
