Made In Italy. Chefline's professional gas oven features a 15mm refractory stone bed. Refractory stone is ideal for pizza baking, as it effectively retains heat and absorbs excess moisture, ensuring a crispy, well-cooked crust. It comes standard with a chimney and extension for fume extraction.

Operating Temperature. The multi-flame atmospheric burner located on the oven bed allows the oven to reach a temperature of 450°C. The temperature is adjustable using a mechanical thermostat. Holes cover the entire surface of the inner chamber to facilitate proper airflow; the heat produced is directed towards the perforated ceiling of the aluminized sheet metal chamber and finally radiated onto the pizza.

Power Supply. The gas pizza oven is capable of handling a significant workload. It has a power of 14 kW and a 230V single-phase + neutral power supply.
