CHGPFT1053B commercial gas griddle features

The structure of the commercial gas griddle is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and the plate is made of AISI 430 stainless steel with Italian MOCA hygiene certification.
The heating is evenly distibuted thanks to the 3-pipe gas burners placed directly beneath the hotplate.
The flame intensity can be adjusted by a valve.
Temperature can be set from 66°C to 324°C (150,8 °F to 615,2°F) by a switch and a thermostat.
Combustion fumes emission are discharged throughout the rear raised chimney.
The griddle is equipped with piezoelectric lightning burners and a thermocouple safety valve, in order to prevent burns and gas leakage, ensuring a better safety.
The knobs are heat-resistant.
Adjustable AISI 304 stainless steel feet.

Warranty

1 year on spare parts.

This griddle is ideal for food trucks, bars and sandwich shops.
