Made in Italy. This professional electric single-tank fryer features a stamped top with a rounded tank, serving as an oil expansion area and preventing overflows. The 21-liter tank is made of 1.5 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel, rounded and stamped in one piece.

Oil drain. The oil is drained through a chrome-plated brass tap into a steel tank with a stainless steel filter.

Heating. The professional electric fryer is equipped with high-efficiency armored stainless steel heating elements. The fixing system of the heating elements allows them to be rotated, thus facilitating cleaning of the tank.

Temperature. The temperature is controlled by an electric thermostat which controls the switch supplying power to the heating groups. The maximum working temperature of the professional fryer is 190°C. In case of exceeding 230°C, a safety thermostat cuts off the power supply.

Control panel lights. The orange light on the control panel of the restaurant fryer indicates the switching on and off of the machine. The green light refers to the voltage of the heating elements: presence of voltage and energization of the heating groups.
