The tanks, each with a capacity of 17 liters, are made of AISI 304 stainless steel (thickness 1.5 mm), rounded and stamped in one piece.

Oil drainage. The oil is drained through a chrome-plated brass tap into a steel tank with a stainless steel filter.

Heating. The professional electric fryer is equipped with armored high-performance stainless steel heating elements. The fixing system of the heating elements allows them to be rotated and, consequently, the tank to be cleaned effectively.

Temperature. Temperature control is carried out by means of an electric thermostat which controls the switch supplying power to the heating groups. The maximum operating temperature of the professional fryer is 190°C. In case of exceeding 230°C, a safety thermostat will interrupt the power circuit.
