Why buy a Chefook commercial electric fryer Mod. 20EX7F13+13M?

  • Made in Italy. This professional electric fryer with 2 tanks features a stamped plate with a rounded basin, serving as an expansion zone for the oil and preventing overflows. The tanks, each with a capacity of 13 liters, are made of AISI 304 stainless steel (thickness 1.5 mm), rounded and stamped in one piece.
     
  • Oil drainage. The oil is drained through a chrome-plated brass tap into a steel tank with a stainless steel filter.
     
  • Heating. The professional electric fryer is equipped with armored high-performance stainless steel heating elements. The fixing system of the heating elements allows them to be rotated and, consequently, to clean the tank effectively.
     
  • Temperature. Temperature control is carried out by means of an electric thermostat which controls the switch supplying power to the heating groups. The maximum operating temperature of the professional fryer is 190°C. If the oil temperature exceeds 230°C, a safety thermostat will interrupt the power circuit.
     
  • Control panel lights. The orange light on the control panel of the restaurant fryer indicates the switching on and off of the machine. The green light refers to the energized heating element: presence of voltage and energizing of the heating groups.
     
  • Practical. This professional electric fryer is particularly popular with restaurateurs who prefer a healthy frying system, resulting in a less frequent need to change the oil as its organoleptic characteristics will be preserved.
