Safety. Thanks to the battery-powered piezoelectric ignition, the start of the pilot light, which ignites the burner flame, is safe. Moreover, the oil temperature is monitored by a gas solenoid valve for the burners, which is useful when the load is introduced and the temperature decreases. Equipped with a mechanical valve and a thermocouple, the fryer has a thermostat that prevents any risk of overheating and oil boiling.
