Why is it convenient to buy a Chefook branded commercial gas fryer?

Made in Italy. This professional gas fryer features a stamped top and a rounded tank to prevent oil spillage. The tanks are made of 1.5 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel, stamped in one piece, and easy to clean thanks to their rounded profile. The Chefline professional fryer is convenient to use thanks to the basket hanging bar.
Temperature. Thanks to its gas supply, your fryer can reach a maximum working temperature of 190°C.
Safety. Thanks to the battery-powered piezoelectric ignition, the start-up of the pilot light, which ignites the burner flame, is safe. Moreover, the oil temperature is monitored by a high-precision electric thermostat that controls a gas supply solenoid valve to the burners, useful when the load is introduced and the temperature drops. It is also equipped with a mechanical valve and thermocouple. To complete the safety of this professional catering fryer, a thermostat prevents the risk of exceeding the safety temperature and, consequently, the boiling of the oil.
Residue collection. Food residues inside your gas fryer will no longer be burned as they will be collected in a cold zone at the bottom of the tank. This will allow a less frequent oil change, which will remain clean from impurities.
Burners. Heat is produced by multi-gas stainless steel tubular burners, located under the tank, assisted by an electrically powered gas valve. They ensure a perfectly clean tank at all times.
Tank capacity. The professional gas fryer is equipped with 2 tanks of 21 liters each.
