Safety. Thanks to the battery-powered piezoelectric ignition, the start-up of the pilot light, which ignites the burner flame, is safe. Moreover, the oil temperature is monitored by a gas supply solenoid valve to the burners, useful when the load is introduced and the temperature drops. It is also equipped with a mechanical valve and thermocouple. To complete the safety of this professional catering fryer, a thermostat prevents the risk of exceeding the safety temperature and, consequently, the boiling of the oil.
