  • Made In Italy. The professional electric oven is entirely made in Italy, from technology to design. The cooking chamber is made of AISI 304 10/10 stainless steel with a stamped bottom and fully rounded edges. The internal glass is openable and heat-reflective, making cleaning easier. Additionally, the IPX3, IPX4, and IPX5 certifications ensure protection against water jets, and the CB certification guarantees safety and quality standards.
  • Electric Convection Oven. A professional electric convection oven ensures faster cooking and more even heat distribution compared to a traditional oven. It enhances food crispiness thanks to the bidirectional ventilation motors already installed.
  • Direct Steam. You can adjust the steam in the professional electric oven using a 10-step touch screen panel. Steam control is useful when cooking foods like fish, bread, or pastries. The use of direct steam prevents food from dehydrating during long cooking times, maintaining the freshness and juiciness of the products.
  • Operating Temperature. The restaurant electric oven allows you to adjust the temperature within a range of 30°C to 270°C, thanks to the convenient 7” capacitive color touch screen panel.
  • Compact Size. With a width of 50 cm, a depth of 93 cm, and a height of 97 cm, this professional electric oven with 10 trays is easy to place in your kitchen. It also features 4 adjustable feet and comes with guides that can accommodate up to 10 GastroNorm GN 1/1 trays. It includes a condensate collection tray with door drain.
  • Patents. Airflowlogic is a patented technological innovation that, thanks to a completely redesigned casing and in-depth study of air recirculation inside the oven, ensures optimal cooking uniformity in all areas of the oven. Humilogic is a new patented system with water insertion directly at the back of the fan, guaranteeing high humidity levels in the cooking chamber for quality steam cooking and significant energy savings. The patented Drylogic rapid drying system in the cooking chamber achieves excellent results. This technology operates by introducing air from the external environment into the oven to reduce the humidity present inside the cooking chamber.
  • Door. The professional electric oven door is reversible with a concealed hinge (optional); you can lock the door at 60°, 90°, 120°, or 180°.
  • Digital Panel. The panel features a wide range of functionalities that make it extremely versatile and practical for kitchen cooking. Preheating: allows the professional ventilated electric oven to reach the desired temperature before starting the actual cooking, ensuring better results and more precise cooking times. Holding: after cooking, this function keeps the food warm without further cooking, useful for serving the meal at the ideal temperature. Rapid cooling: a useful function for quickly lowering the oven's temperature after cooking, helping to prevent overheating or making the oven ready for another cooking session. USB Port: allows USB devices to be connected to the digital panel for software updates and recipe storage. Quick management of frequent recipes, with up to 500 programmable recipes.
  • Plus. 5 fan speed settings, 10 phases for each cooking cycle, multi-level cooking mode that allows you to cook dishes together with the same humidity and temperature level but different cooking times. Sous-vide cooking management, humidity management software.
  • HACCP. This is a dedicated system that helps monitor and record critical data related to food safety during the cooking process.
