This easy to clean commercial cooking stove is totally built in stainless steel. The plates are installed on a unique countertop, thus ensuring a perfect watertight seal and preventing infiltration of residual food.
A safety thermostat interrupts the electricity supply when the temperature of the plates overcomes that tolerated by the internal components.
The commercial electric stove has 6 levels of temperature regulation, allowing you to use different powers.
