  • Made in Italy. This electric pizza oven is equipped as standard with a refractory stone bed, an excellent material for cooking pizzas. It effectively retains heat and absorbs excess moisture from the pizza base, resulting in a crispy, perfectly cooked crust. With a 15mm thick refractory stone cooking surface featuring Active Stone® heating, you can achieve results comparable to a traditional wood-fired oven, but with the convenience and precision of an electric model.
     
  • Operating Temperature. Thanks to armored heating elements on both the ceiling and bed, this professional pizza oven reaches a high temperature of 450°C. These elements can be adjusted independently using dedicated mechanical thermostats.
     
  • Energy Efficiency. Unlike traditional ovens, the heating elements are integrated directly into the refractory stone. This innovative design reduces energy consumption by 25%, cuts preheating time by 50%, and shortens cooking time by 25%.
     
  • Power Supply. With a power output of 8.9 kW and a 380 V three-phase power supply, this professional electric pizza oven is designed to handle heavy workloads.
     
  • Dimensions. The external dimensions of the pizza oven are 109 x 136 cm with a height of 40 cm, while the internal dimensions are 70 x 105 H 15 cm. It can accommodate up to 6 pizzas with a diameter of 34 cm.
     
  • Analog Thermometer. This professional electric oven includes a general on/off controller. By setting your desired temperature, the controller automatically activates the heating elements in the ceiling and bed, bringing the oven to the specified temperature. The corresponding indicator lights provide clear visual feedback, indicating when the oven is on and when it has reached the set temperature.
     
  • Flue Valve. The flue valve allows you to regulate the flow of smoke and cooking vapors from the cooking chamber, helping to maintain heat within the oven. For optimal heating, it's recommended to keep the valve fully closed during the preheating phase.
     
  • Door. The pizza oven door is insulated with glass wool and equipped with braided gaskets. The interior is lined with aluminized steel to reflect heat, while the exterior is made of stainless steel. The large, double-glazed tempered glass door offers excellent visibility and is easy to clean.
     
  • Stackable Design. For added flexibility, these single-chamber pizza ovens can be stacked up to two units high without the need for a flue connection, allowing you to customize your setup based on your specific requirements.
     
  • Complete Refractory Interior (Optional). By opting for a fully refractory interior, you ensure even heat distribution across the entire pizza surface. Additionally, with reduced heat loss, the oven maintains a more consistent temperature, leading to better cooking control and more precise results.
