Operating temperature. Thanks to the armored heating elements on the ceiling and bed, the professional pizza oven reaches a temperature of 450°C, separately adjustable with a mechanical thermostat dedicated to each resistance.

Energy efficiency. Unlike traditional ovens, the heating elements are embedded within the refractory stone. Energy consumption is reduced by 25%, heating times by 50%, and cooking times by 25%.

Power supply. The professional electric pizza oven has a power of 6.6 kW and a 380 V three-phase + neutral power supply, making it capable of handling a high workload.

Dimensions. The external dimensions of the pizza oven are 109 x 101 cm with a height of 38 cm, while the internal dimensions correspond to 70 x 70 H 15 cm, it is capable of cooking up to 4 pizzas with a diameter of 34 cm.

Analog thermometer. This professional electric oven is equipped with a general On/Off controller, by setting the desired temperature, the controller will automatically activate the ceiling and bed heating elements to bring the oven to the desired temperature. The corresponding indicator lights will provide immediate visual feedback, indicating when the oven is on and when it has reached the desired temperature, further simplifying the cooking process.

Flue valve. The flue valve allows the regulation of the outflow of fumes and cooking vapors from the cooking chamber and the maintenance of heat within it. It is advisable to keep the valve completely closed when the oven is heating up, in order to reach the desired temperature as quickly as possible.

Door. The door of the pizza oven is insulated with glass wool and braided gaskets, internally it is made of aluminized steel to reflect heat and externally it is made of stainless steel. The large double tempered glass allows excellent visual feedback, as well as being easy to clean.

Stackable. The possibility of stacking the single-chamber pizza ovens up to two units, without a flue connection, opens up various customization options depending on your needs.

With an interior completely lined with refractory stone, you will have the assurance that the heat will be distributed evenly over the entire surface of the pizza, moreover, having less heat dispersion, the oven will maintain a more constant temperature, allowing better cooking management and a more precise final result.
