  • Made in Italy. This professional electric pizza oven is equipped with a refractory stone bed as standard, a material that is ideal for cooking pizzas as it effectively retains heat and absorbs excess moisture from the pizza base, ensuring a crispy and well-cooked crust. With a 15mm refractory stone cooking surface, you can achieve results comparable to a traditional wood-fired oven, but with the convenience and precision of an electric oven.
     
  • Operating Temperature. Thanks to the armored heating elements on the ceiling and bed, the oven reaches a temperature of 450°C, individually adjustable with a mechanical thermostat for each element.
     
  • Energy Efficiency. Unlike traditional ovens, the heating elements are integrated within the refractory stone. This reduces energy consumption by 25%, heating times by 50%, and cooking times by 25%.
     
  • Power Supply. This professional electric pizza oven has a power of 18 kW and requires a 380 V three-phase + neutral power supply, making it capable of handling high-volume workloads.
     
  • Dimensions. The external dimensions of the pizza oven are 144 x 101 cm with a height of 40 cm, while the internal dimensions are 105 x 70 H 15 cm (x2), allowing it to cook up to 6 pizzas with a diameter of 34 cm.
     
  • Digital Thermometer. Equipped with a general On/Off controller, this oven allows you to set your desired temperature. The controller will automatically activate the ceiling and bed heating elements to reach the target temperature. The corresponding indicator lights provide visual feedback on the oven's status. Additionally, it features a timer and delayed start function.
     
  • Flue Valve. The flue valve regulates the outflow of fumes and cooking vapors from the cooking chamber, helping to maintain heat within the oven. For faster heating, it's recommended to keep the valve closed during the initial heating phase.
     
  • Door. The insulated door is constructed with aluminized steel on the inside to reflect heat and stainless steel on the outside. The large double tempered glass door offers excellent visibility and is easy to clean.
     
  • Dual Chambers. Each aluminized chamber in this dual-chamber oven is independent, complete with its own general switch and mechanical thermostats.
     
  • Full Refractory Interior (optional). With a fully refractory-lined interior, heat is evenly distributed across the pizza's surface. This also helps maintain a more consistent temperature, resulting in better cooking control and more precise results.
