This electric pizza oven is equipped with a standard refractory stone bed, a material ideal for cooking pizzas as it effectively retains heat and absorbs excess moisture from the pizza base, ensuring a crispy and well-cooked crust. With a 15mm thick refractory stone cooking surface, you can achieve results comparable to a traditional wood-fired oven, but with the convenience and precision of an electric oven.
Operating Temperature: Equipped with armored heating elements on the ceiling and bed, this professional pizza oven reaches a temperature of 450°C. The temperature can be adjusted separately for each element using dedicated mechanical thermostats.
Power Supply: This professional electric pizza oven has a power output of 11.2 kW and requires a 380 V three-phase + neutral power supply, making it capable of handling heavy workloads.
Dimensions: The external dimensions of the pizza oven are 99 x 92 cm with a height of 68 cm, while the internal dimensions are 70 x 70 H 15 cm (x2), allowing it to cook up to 4 pizzas with a diameter of 34 cm per cooking chamber.
Analog Thermometer: This professional electric oven features a general on/off controller. By setting the desired temperature, the controller automatically activates the ceiling and bed elements to bring the oven to the desired temperature. The corresponding indicator lights provide immediate visual feedback, indicating when the oven is on and when it has reached the desired temperature, simplifying the cooking process.
Chimney Valve: The chimney valve allows for the regulation of the outflow of fumes and cooking vapors from the cooking chamber, while maintaining heat inside. It is recommended to keep the valve fully closed during the heating phase to reach the desired temperature as quickly as possible.
Door: The pizza oven door is insulated with glass wool, internally lined with aluminized steel to reflect heat, and externally made of stainless steel. The large double tempered glass provides excellent visibility and is easy to clean.
Two Chambers: This pizza oven features two independent chambers, each complete with a general switch and mechanical thermostats.
