  • Made In Italy. This electric pizza oven is equipped as standard with a refractory stone bed, an excellent material for cooking pizzas, as it retains heat well and absorbs excess moisture from the base of the pizza, ensuring a crispy, well-cooked crust. With a 15mm thick refractory stone cooking surface, you can achieve results similar to those of a traditional wood-fired oven, but with the convenience and precision of an electric oven.
     
  • Operating temperature. Thanks to the armored heating elements on the ceiling and bed, the professional pizza oven reaches a temperature of 450°C, separately adjustable with a mechanical thermostat dedicated to each resistance.
     
  • Power supply. The professional electric pizza oven has a power of 25.8 kW and a 380 V three-phase + neutral power supply, making it capable of handling a high workload.
     
  • Dimensions. The external dimensions of the pizza oven are 134 x 127 cm with a height of 68 cm, while the internal dimensions correspond to 105 x 105 H 15 cm (x2), it is capable of cooking up to 9 pizzas with a diameter of 34 cm per cooking chamber.
     
  • Analog thermometer. This professional electric oven is equipped with a general On/Off controller, by setting the desired temperature, the controller will automatically activate the ceiling and bed heating elements to bring the oven to the desired temperature. The corresponding indicator lights will provide immediate visual feedback, indicating when the oven is on and when it has reached the desired temperature, further simplifying the cooking process.
     
  • Flue valve. The flue valve allows the regulation of the outflow of fumes and cooking vapors from the cooking chamber and the maintenance of heat within it. It is advisable to keep the valve completely closed when the oven is heating up, in order to reach the desired temperature as quickly as possible.
     
  • Door. The door of the pizza oven is insulated with glass wool, internally it is made of aluminized steel to reflect heat and externally it is made of stainless steel. The large double tempered glass allows excellent visual feedback, as well as being easy to clean.
     
  • Two chambers. In the 2-chamber pizza ovens, each aluminized chamber is independent and complete with a general switch and mechanical thermostats.
     
  • Complete in refractory (optional). With an interior completely lined with refractory stone, you will have the assurance that the heat will be distributed evenly over the entire surface of the pizza, moreover, having less heat dispersion, the oven will maintain a more constant temperature, allowing better cooking management and a more precise final result..
