Why choose a Chefook professional digital electric oven for your restaurant?

  • Made in Italy. The professional electric oven is entirely made in Italy, from the technology to the design. The cooking chamber is constructed from AISI 304 10/10 stainless steel, with a stamped chamber bottom and fully rounded edges. The inner glass is hinged and heat-reflective, making cleaning easier. The IPX4 and IPX5 certifications ensure protection against water jets, while the CB certification guarantees the oven meets professional safety and quality standards.
  • Convection Electric Oven. A professional convection electric oven allows for faster cooking and more uniform heat distribution compared to a traditional oven. It enhances the crispiness of food thanks to the pre-installed bidirectional ventilation motors.
  • Direct Steam. You can adjust the steam in the professional electric oven using a 10-step digital control panel. Steam control is useful when cooking foods such as fish, bread, or pastries. The use of direct steam prevents food from drying out during long cooking times, maintaining the freshness and juiciness of your products.
  • Operating Temperature. The restaurant electric oven allows you to adjust the temperature within a range of 30°C to 270°C, using a practical 7” digital panel.
  • Dimensions. With a width of 73 cm, a depth of 85.5 cm, and a height of 70 cm, this 5-tray professional electric oven is easy to position within your kitchen. It also features 4 adjustable feet, and with the included guides, you can insert up to 5 GastroNorm GN 1/1 trays (not included). A drip tray with a door drain is also included.
  • Patents. Airflowlogic is a patented technological innovation that, through a completely redesigned casing and an in-depth study of air recirculation inside the oven, ensures optimal cooking uniformity in all areas of the oven. Humilogic is a new patented system that introduces water directly into the rear of the fan, ensuring high humidity levels in the cooking chamber for quality steam cooking with a significant reduction in energy consumption.
  • Door. The professional electric oven door is reversible with an optional concealed hinge, allowing you to lock the door at 60°, 90°, 120°, or 180°.
  • Digital Panel. The panel offers a wide range of features that make it extremely versatile and practical for kitchen cooking. Preheating: allows the professional convection electric oven to reach the desired temperature before starting the actual cooking process, ensuring better results and more precise cooking times. Holding: after cooking, this function keeps food warm without further cooking, ideal for serving meals at the perfect temperature. Rapid cooling: a useful function to quickly lower the oven’s temperature after cooking, helping to prevent overheating or to make the oven ready for another cooking cycle. USB Port: allows you to connect USB devices to the digital panel for software updates and recipe storage.
  • HACCP. This dedicated system helps monitor and record critical data related to food safety during the cooking process. Updates and programming can be managed via Wi-Fi.
  • Probe and Cleaning (Optional). Core probe readiness: to monitor the internal temperature during cooking, ensuring even and safe results. Automatic cleaning readiness: simplifies cleaning by allowing automatic washing without manual intervention.
