  • Made in Italy. The professional electric oven is entirely made in Italy, from technology to design. The cooking chamber in AISI 304 10/10 stainless steel features a stamped chamber bottom and completely rounded edges. The inner glass is opening and heat-reflective, thus facilitating cleaning operations. IPX3, IPX4, and IPX5 certifications ensure the machine's protection against water jets, while the CB certification confers the professional oven's safety and quality standard.
  • Electric Convection Oven. A professional electric convection oven allows for faster cooking and a uniform heat distribution compared to a traditional oven. It improves the crispness of foods thanks to the already installed bidirectional ventilation motors.
  • Direct Steam. You can adjust the steam of the professional electric oven thanks to a 10-step touchscreen panel. Steam control is useful during the cooking of foods such as fish, bread, or desserts. The use of direct steam prevents the dehydration of foods during long cooking times, maintaining the freshness and juiciness of the products.
  • Operating Temperature. The electric oven for pastry allows the temperature to be adjusted in a range between 30°C and 270°C, thanks to the practical 7" color capacitive touchscreen panel.
  • Dimensions. With a width of 85 cm, a depth of 103.5 cm, and a height of 70 cm, this 4-tray professional electric oven is easy to place inside your kitchen. Furthermore, it has 4 adjustable feet, and with the supplied guides, you can insert up to 4 EuroNorm 60x40 cm trays. It includes a condensate collection tray with a drain on the door.
  • Patents. Airflowlogic is a patented technological innovation that, thanks to a completely redesigned casing and an in-depth study of air recirculation inside the oven, allows for the achievement of optimal results in cooking uniformity in all areas of the oven. Humilogic is a new patented system with the insertion of water directly into the rear part of the fan; it guarantees the achievement of high levels of humidity in the cooking chamber for high-quality steam cooking and a significant reduction in consumption. With the patented Drylogic rapid cooking chamber drying system, excellent results are obtained. This technology operates by introducing air taken from the external environment into the oven to reduce the humidity present inside the cooking chamber.
  • Door. The door of the professional electric oven is reversible with a disappearing hinge (optional); you will have the possibility to block the door at 60°, 90°, 120°, or 180°.
  • Digital Panel. The panel has a wide range of features that make it extremely versatile and practical for cooking in the kitchen. Preheating: allows you to bring the professional ventilated electric oven to the desired temperature before starting the actual cooking, guaranteeing better results and more precise cooking times. Maintenance: after cooking, this function keeps the food warm without cooking it further; useful for serving the meal at the ideal temperature. Rapid cooling: a useful function to quickly lower the oven temperature after cooking, helping to avoid overheating or making the oven ready for another cooking. USB port: allows you to connect USB devices to the digital panel for software updates and recipe storage. Quick management of the most frequent recipes, up to 500 programmable.
  • Plus. 5 ventilation speed adjustments, 10 phases for each cooking cycle, multi-level cooking mode that allows cooking dishes with the same degree of humidification and temperature but different cooking times. Management of sous-vide cooking, software for humidity management.
  • HACCP. This is a dedicated system that helps to monitor and record critical data related to food safety during the cooking process. It is possible to command updates and programming via Wi-Fi.
