Features of the Commercial Dishwasher CHLP50+PS

Made In Italy. The Chefook three-phase commercial dishwasher guarantees maximum quality, durability, and reliability. Crafted from AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, it is highly resistant and built to last.

Discharge pump installed. The pump expels dirty water from the tank into the drainage system by creating pressure. It is activated via a dedicated button.

Washing Cycle. The washing cycle lasts 120 seconds, with washing and rinsing temperatures set at 55°C and 85°C, respectively. The Interlock function ensures the rinse phase starts only once the preset 82°C temperature is reached.

Manual Controls. Featuring an intuitive analog control panel, this dishwasher offers simple programming. The display includes a warning system that alerts you in case of errors or malfunctions.

Included Dispensers. Equipped with an electronic detergent dispenser and a mechanical rinse aid dispenser. Both are adjustable to minimize product waste and optimize usage.

Square Basket. This front-loading dishwasher accommodates plates and glasses up to 32 cm in height. The 50x50 cm square baskets allow efficient washing of large quantities of dishes.

Included Accessories. Comes with one 50x50 cm square basket, one square glass basket, and one cutlery holder.

Dimensions. With a width of 59 cm, depth of 62.2 cm, and height of 81.4 cm, this dishwasher is ideal for under-counter installation. The tank capacity is 29 litres, making it suitable for commercial kitchens and canteens with limited space.

Washing Arms. The washing and rinsing arms are made of durable ABS and can be easily removed for cleaning. This ensures powerful water pressure and excellent washing performance.

Door. The door features a robust steel ball catch lock, a microswitch with a steel pin, and reinforced rails to facilitate smooth basket sliding during loading and unloading.

Installation. The inlet water temperature should be between 5°C and 40°C. Ensure that water pressure is between 2 and 4 bar during installation.
