Features of the Commercial Dishwasher CHLP50-3

Made In Italy. The Chefook dishwasher guarantees maximum quality, durability, and reliability. Crafted from AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, it is highly resistant and built to last.

Washing Cycle. The washing cycle lasts 120 seconds, with washing and rinsing temperatures set at 55 °C and 85 °C, respectively. The Interlock function ensures the rinse phase only begins once the preset temperature of 82 °C is reached, guaranteeing top hygiene.

Manual Controls. Featuring an intuitive analog control panel, this dishwasher offers simple programming. The display includes a warning system that alerts you to potential issues or malfunctions.

Included Dispensers. Equipped with an electronic detergent dispenser and a mechanical rinse aid dispenser; both can be adjusted to minimize product waste and optimize costs.

Square Basket. This front-loading dishwasher can accommodate glasses and dishes up to 32 cm in height. Its 50x50 cm square basket enables efficient cleaning of large quantities of dishes.

Included Accessories. The restaurant dishwasher comes with one 50x50 cm square basket, one square basket for glasses, and one cutlery holder.

Dimensions. Compact and space-saving, this dishwasher measures 59 cm in width, 62.2 cm in depth, and 81.4 cm in height, making it perfect for under-counter installation. The tank capacity is 29 litres, making it ideal for commercial kitchens with limited space.

Washing Arms. Made from durable ABS material, the washing and rinsing arms are removable for easy cleaning. This design prevents food residues from clogging the nozzles, ensuring consistent water pressure and excellent washing results.

Door. The door features a robust steel ball catch lock, a microswitch with a steel pin, and reinforced rails that ensure smooth basket movement during loading and unloading.

Installation. The inlet water temperature should range between 5 °C and 40 °C, with water pressure between 2 and 4 bar during installation.
