Material and dimensions. The professional chest freezer has an external structure made of pre-coated sheet metal with anti-corrosion treatment and a hammered aluminum interior, easy to clean thanks to the absence of hidden corners. Its width is 210.6 cm, its depth is 87 cm, and its height is 92.5 cm.

Refrigeration and defrosting. This professional horizontal freezer has static refrigeration and automatic defrosting upon stopping. The air circulates naturally inside the freezer chamber to maintain a uniform and constant temperature. The defrosting system automatically interrupts the operation of the compressor to allow the melting of the accumulated ice.

Ecological. The R290 gas, the 6.5 cm insulation and the removable magnetic gaskets help to make the professional chest freezer ecological and guarantee significant energy savings.

Operating temperature. The temperature of the chest, variable via electronic regulator, is between -18°C and -23°C.

Ambient temperature. The machine must be kept away from heat sources in order to operate correctly and the maximum ambient temperature must be 30°C.
