Operating temperature. The temperature between -1°C and +7°C is ideal for storing your sweets. This temperature range slows down bacterial growth and is ideal for storing fresh foods such as cakes, biscuits and creams.
Ecological. The R290 gas improves the performance of the pastry refrigerated display case, offers superior cooling capacity and guarantees a stable and uniform temperature.
