Features of the gas bratt pan 55 Lt - 70 cm / 27,5 in depth

The gas bratt pan has an AISI 304 stainless-steel cooking tank.
You can tilt the tank manually by means of a handwheel up thus facilitating the discharge of the finished product.
The cooking will always be homogeneous thanks to the perfect thermal conductivity of the externally welded 10mm bottom an AISI 304 stainless-steel; the cooking tank is heated by burners in direct contact with the bottom; the generated temperature is adjustable from 100°C to 300°C (212°F to 572°F) by means of a knob.
The gas tilting pan is safe to use. To avoid the risk of burns, the ignition is made by means of a piezoelectric ignition protected by a silicone shell. A safety thermostat prevents gas from escaping if the flame goes out. The braising pan is also equipped with a safety microswitch that stops the operation of the appliance when the tank is raised.
The feet are adjustable.
