Features of the Electric bratt pan 80 Lt/17,6 UKGal 90 cm/35,4 in Depth

The electric bratt pan has an AISI 304 stainless steel cooking tank.
You will be able to overturn the tank thanks to the motorized system, thus facilitating the discharge of the finished product.
The cooking will always be homogeneous thanks to the perfect thermal conductivity of the externally welded 10mm bottom of the tank; the cooking tank is heated by "Incoloy 800" alloy armoured heating elements; the generated temperature is adjustable from 45°C to 300°C by means of a knob.
The electric tilting pan is safe to use. To avoid the danger of burns, the temperature control is guaranteed by a thermostat connected directly to the switch which intervenes in case of abnormal operation.
The feet are adjustable.
