  • Made in Italy. The cooking chamber is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. It features 2 bidirectional motors and can be stacked to optimize kitchen space.
     
  • IPX4. The IPX4 rating ensures protection against water splashes.

  • Direct steam. Direct steam increases humidity during cooking, ideal for baking bread, pastries, or meat. It helps create a golden, crispy crust while keeping food moist and tender. Steam is adjustable via a 5-position rotary selector.
     
  • Door. The drop-down door features an inspectable glass, allowing the operator to monitor the cooking process without losing internal heat. An embedded gasket ensures better thermal insulation, reducing heat loss and improving energy efficiency.
     
  • Cooling system. The oven is equipped with a forced cooling system to protect internal components from high temperatures, extending the machine's lifespan.
     
  • Temperature. The temperature range is from 100°C to 260°C, adjustable via a thermostat.
     
  • Control panel. The electromechanical control panel is located at the bottom of the unit.
