Why buy a commercial bakery oven CHFC464

Made in Italy. The cooking chamber of the electric oven for bars and small gastronomy is made of AISI 430 stainless steel. It features a bidirectional motor and can be stacked to maximize kitchen space.
IPX4. The IPX4 rating ensures the oven is protected against water splashes.
CB Certification. This certification guarantees compliance with international electrical safety standards.
Door. The oven door, with a drop-down opening, is equipped with an inspectable glass that allows the operator to monitor the cooking process without opening the door and losing heat. It also features an embedded gasket for better sealing and thermal insulation, reducing heat dispersion and ensuring greater energy efficiency.
Cooling system. The croissant oven has a forced cooling system for its internal components, protecting them from damage due to high temperatures and extending the machine's lifespan.
