These instructions will be useful in case of damage due to transport. Follow them carefully...
To allow you to open the package, the courier will ask you to sign the proof of delivery (POD) as required by law, but be careful, BEFORE signing, check the number of packages and the integrity of the packaging.
If the carton/pallet appears damaged, you can choose to:
REJECT IT WITHOUT SIGNING
or
ACCEPT IT AS SUBJECT TO CHECK (WITH RESERVATION OF CONTROL) DESCRIBING THE DAMAGE ON THE POD.
By indicating the damage in writing, you can check the goods later and make returns or complaints if damaged.
Chefook ships the goods with full insurance policy, but if you sign without indicating the damage, you will avoid your insurance policy and we can no longer help you!
We recommend you asking for a POD copy as a receipt, filled in and signed by both (you and the driver), and use it in case of any dispute.
In case of compilation on TABLET or PDA take a clear picture of the legible screen of the RESERVATION where there’s the DAMAGE SPECIFICATION and send us the photos at support@chefook.com. or via WhatsApp to the number 366 8630408.
If the courier does not release the signed POD or does not allow photos to the tablet, REFUSE THE GOODS, rejecting the package without signing and contact us immediately
