Ice cream display counters with cylindrical containers recall the traditional gesture of the ice cream makers of the past who lifted the lid to extract the ice cream. They allow an excellent preservation of the ice cream and have the best anti-oxidation system. They differ from ice cream display counters with tubs in that the ice cream is not exposed. The ice cream counters with tubs are instead preferred by ice cream parlours for which the optimal exposure of the ice cream is essential.
